The purpose of the terms: The Website

The purpose of these General Terms of Use (hereinafter, Terms) is to regulate access and use of the Website. For the purposes of these Terms, the Website is understood as: the external appearance of the screen interfaces, both static and dynamic, i.e., the navigation tree; and all elements integrated into both the screen interfaces and the navigation tree (hereinafter, Contents) and all online services or resources that may be offered to Users (hereinafter, Services).

Verdelimōn reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of the Website and the Contents and Services that may be incorporated into it. The User acknowledges and agrees that at any time Verdelimōn may interrupt, deactivate, and/or cancel any of these elements integrated into the Website or the access to them.

Access to the Website by the User is free, and generally, it is free of charge, with no compensation required from the User to enjoy it, except for the connection costs through the telecommunications network provided by the access provider contracted by the User.

Should any dispute arise regarding the interpretation and/or application of these Terms, the parties will submit their conflicts to ordinary jurisdiction, subjecting themselves to the corresponding judges and courts in accordance with the law.
